By accessing or using Sukoon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Sukoon is an AI-powered wellness companion designed to provide emotional support, guided exercises, and mood tracking. Sukoon uses evidence-based wellness principles including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior (DBT) concepts to generate responses.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Preview & Paid Subscriptions

• Free Preview: We give you 20 calm moments to gently explore how Sukoon feels at your own pace. No credit card is required for the free preview.
• Pro & Premium Plans: After the free preview, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model or its training data.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to abuse the free preview.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and AI models within Sukoon are the intellectual property of Sukoon and its creator, Moiz Ahmed Mansoori. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukoon and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Sukoon provides AI-generated responses for emotional support purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the advice provided. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sukoon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
