Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Sukoon Pro or Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (whether monthly or yearly), and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to all your plan features until the expiration date.

To cancel, go to your **Settings > Subscription** page inside the dashboard and click "Manage Subscription", or contact us directly at [support@asksukoon.com](mailto:support@asksukoon.com).

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our self-guided wellness companion and the immediate availability of resources (including unlimited messaging and AI reflection tools), we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has processed.

However, we want you to have the best experience. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • **Technical Issues:** If a verified technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days.
  • **Accidental Renewal:** If you intended to cancel but were charged due to a delay in processing, contact us within **24 hours** of the charge to request a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [support@asksukoon.com](mailto:support@asksukoon.com) with the following details:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the transaction.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

We review all refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order processing and billing are managed by **Lemon Squeezy**, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for secure checkout, tax handling, and customer billing support.
